Segundo álbum solo de Sandra-X, aprofunda as pesquisas em torno do texto falado, da prosa em convívio com a poesia e da rispidez da textura eletrônica com a suavidade da voz humana... mesmo quando esta não busca ser suave. Mas, ao contrário do trabalho anterior lançado em 2016 (Turbulência), Sandra-X volta a cantar. Retoma os contornos melódicos que são sua origem musical desde os tempos do grupo A Barca, e do Projeto Axial, mas posiciona esse canto hierarquicamente no mesmo plano narrativo do spoken word com que entoa os textos da consagrada Clarice Lispector ou das contemporâneas e não menos inquietas Claudia Schapira, Maria Giulia Pinheiro, Eveline Sin, Laura Ghellere, Raiça Bonfim.

Peregrina é mais um trabalho de classificação complexa e sem lugar comum que Sandra-X concretiza a partir de suas derivas junto ao Coletivo Dodecafônico, grupo de performance intervenção urbana ao qual se juntou em 2014. Com este coletivo peregrina não só pelo espaço fisico das cidades, mas também vai de encontro aos muitos não-lugares da mulher e os muitos não-lugares do gênero nesta sociedade, para além das definições sedentárias a que tratam de nos acostumar. Peregrina é uma reação inevitável aos processos artísticos a que Sandra se submeteu. O disco foi produzido em parceria com Felipe Julian (aka Craca) com quem divide, desde 2003, essas investigações em torno das possibilidades da musica eletrônica acompanhada por seres humanos. Como obra transmidiática, Peregrina é complementada por um site de autoria dx artista visual e performer Ierê Papá. Tem ensaio fotográfico de Cacá Bernardes e capa de Vânia Medeiros. O show acontece com visuais da artista Bianca Turner.

Peregrina is another creation without a common place that Sandra-X concretizes from her drifts with the Coletivo Dodecafônico, an urban performance intervention group that she joined in 2014. With this Coletivo pilgrimages not only though the physical space of the cities, but also goes through the many non-places of women and the many non-places of gender in this society, besides the sedentary definitions with which they try to habituate us. Peregrina is an inevitable reaction to the artistic processes to which Sandra submitted. The album was produced in partnership with Felipe Julian (aka Craca) with whom she has been dividing, since 2003, these investigations into the possibilities of electronic music accompanied by human beings. As an inter-languages and medias work, Peregrina is complemented by a website authored by visual artist and performer Ierê Papá. Has photographic essay by Cacá Bernardes and cover by Vânia Medeiros. The show happens with visuals of the artist Bianca Turner.
